• Duration: Approx. 4 years (earn while you learn)
• Training: Hands-on experience, college education, and direct manufacturer training
• Skills Development: Diagnostics, fault finding, IT systems, customer handling, and soft skills
• Progression Paths: EV & High Voltage Technician, Master Technician, Diagnostic Specialist, and more
