The normal path to becoming a qualified technician takes approximately 4 years while earning a wage.During these 4 years you will also have the opportunity to attend college & direct manufacturer training for principles of the technology we use. New model/technology training leading on from this will also prepare you to diagnose some of the most complex technologies that will benefit you for years to come. You will have the option to progress to Autonomous vehicle technologies, Diagnostic Technicians, Master Technicians or High Voltage Experts to name but a few.
