With the ever-increasing technological complexity of ŠKODA vehicles, it is important that we have only the very best technicians in place. A ŠKODA apprenticeship will train you to the highest levels in diagnostics and fault finding procedures as well as customer handling, IT and soft skills.
The normal path to becoming a qualified technician takes approximately 4 years while earning a wage.During these 4 years you will also have the opportunity to attend college & direct manufacturer training for principles of the technology we use. New model/technology training leading on from this will also prepare you to diagnose some of the most complex technologies that will benefit you for years to come. You will have the option to progress to Autonomous vehicle technologies, Diagnostic Technicians, Master Technicians or High Voltage Experts to name but a few.
