The new Volkswagen Tayron is built for strength and versatility, with a towing capacity of up to 2.5 tonnes – perfect for pulling a camper van, horse trailer, or more. A 100 kg drawbar load also makes it ideal for carrying up to three e-bikes. The optional towing bracket is hidden under the rear bumper and folds out semi-automatically at the press of a button.

For even greater ease, the optional Trailer Assist takes the stress out of manoeuvring. Simply set the desired direction, and the system controls the steering while you manage the accelerator, brakes, and surroundings.
